The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has disbursed a total of ₦238,910,000.00 to support 2,180 students of Niger Delta University in two phases—₦82.64M in February and ₦156.27M in August 2025.

This announcement came via its official X account with a release memo from the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Niger Delta University.

NELFUND has been a tremendous source of support for countless individuals. Challenged students are hereby advised to take this opportunity and be in charge of their future, to unlock their potentials.
